Aging reduces our body's natural repair capabilities.

Just like your immune system keeps you healthy, your body possesses an intrinsic repair system that continuously restores and renews organs and tissues. This system is crucial for your overall health, vitality and longevity. However, as we age, levels of NAD (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide), a vital coenzyme that powers this repair system, significantly decline. By your 30s, this drop in NAD means your body can’t repair itself as efficiently as it once did, leading to that feeling of tiredness.
